A little bit about us.

We`ve been making miso ramen since 2007. We use a range of Miso`s from around Japan:
white blended, red, spicy and single origin miso. We use these different miso pastes as base for our ramen to bring out the best flavour. We also make a range of items based on seasonal ingredients to showcase the best of local produce.

Our Kamoshi Branch in Umeda is themed around versatile use of miso in desserts and our own original dishes and collaborations between Osaka`s food producers. We`re always working to connect independent food producers in japan and worldwide.
